These are some really amazing photos that were posted on National Geographic. They inspire me because I can easily see the rules of composition being displayed, so I can use them as a resource if needed. Also, they are inspirational because it is a far-fetched goal of mine to be a photographer for NG, so looking at these allows me to see the kind of level I need to get on, so they act in a way as role models.
I used the photos from this photoshoot as inspiration for the illusion/perspective project because I think that they look very good and are great examples of creative ways to take awesome pictures that demonstrate aspects of illusion.
I enjoyed finding these pictures to show me examples of what texture photography looks like, and then I was able to understand how to take my own photos. They have great and very visible texture, and I think that they are beautiful.
